Motion is a wonderful subject for still photography, even though we can only record it symbolically in a static illustration. Strange thing, after spending most of my life trying to freeze motion in order to produce razor sharp images, with experience and experimentation I have learned that this is not the only way that we can record motion, indeed, it can prove to be the least interesting. The images in this collection are in fact carefully selected extracts from larger photographs taken of "The Twister" at Blackpool's South Pier. The cameos are 'as seen by the camera' with absolutely no post capture manipulation.
